An Unforgettable Stay at Hilton Baku – A Perfect Reflection of a Wonderful City Over the past 50 years, I’ve had the privilege of traveling to more than 50 countries for both business and pleasure, staying in some of the world’s top hotels. This, however, was my very first visit to Azerbaijan—and to say it exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. I was deeply impressed by how well-organized, modern, and beautifully maintained the country is, while still preserving its rich cultural and historical heritage. Baku, in particular, showcases a stunning blend of elegant old architecture and contemporary design, with immaculate landscaping and thoughtfully planned public spaces—especially along the Caspian Sea promenade. Most striking of all was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the Azerbaijani people. The city felt incredibly safe and welcoming, reflecting strong social values that made our stay all the more comfortable. The Hilton Baku perfectly complemented the city’s spirit—modern, efficient, and warmly welcoming. Though we initially considered a more central hotel, the convenience and affordability of BOLT taxis made Hilton’s location a non-issue. Our 14th-floor room was spacious and serene, offering spectacular views of the city and sea. The 360° revolving rooftop bar was a highlight, with its tranquil ambiance, dazzling skyline, and the mesmerizing hues of the Flame Towers at night. We especially wish to thank Ramiz Mussaid from the reception team for his outstanding service. Always available, warm, and knowledgeable, he played a key role in making our daily plans more enriching. In short, this was a truly memorable and satisfying stay. Very close proximity to the Old town, Maidan Tower, Martrys Park, Palace of the Shirvanshahs and various shopping and dining options. The hotel lives up to the high standards of the Hilton brand. The view from the junior suite was amazing. Their buffet breakfast is sensational, offering a wide spread of both international and local flavours. All in all, the Hilton Baku provides a perfect blend of location and facilities for a remarkable stay right in the heart of Baku.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and super helpful. Murad from the bar and lounge showed great care and thought for my daughters and it made my wife very happy. Ilger, our waiter at breakfast, was incredible pleasant and helped make orange juice for me and my daughters... it was a happy memory. The lady that made the omelets at breakfast was brilliant and cooked the eggs whites and veggies to perfection. She loved her job and it made my stay great.

Everything was perfect. The room size was very big. Breakfast had great variety. We loved our breakfast over there. There was Javad at the reception, he was very courteous, as he obliged us to late checkout. And on day 1 I didnt have the sim so he ordered the bolt ride for me twice. Over all my experience was very good. Highly recommend this hotel.
