Hilton Baku

Our experience at the Hilton Baku hotel during our trip to Baku far exceeded our expectations. This wonderful journey began with our initial contact with the hotel and continued seamlessly from the moment we stepped through their doors until our departure. Due to our early morning flight, we requested an early check-in, and the hotel team accommodated us quickly and without any delay. Upon learning that we were a newlywed couple, the thoughtful gesture they extended truly made us happy and ensured an unforgettable start to our trip. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, a truly beautiful space that considered every possible need, standing out with its spotless cleanliness, inviting comfort, and overall convenience. The hotel's breakfast was also veeery delicious. We enjoyed it so much that we had to take a long walk through Baku's beautiful streets afterward! :) And for an unforgettable evening, the experience at 360 Bar was tremendous. Sipping our drinks and chatting while surrounded by the continuously rotating and ever-changing, stunning Baku panorama was truly wonderful. When we asked for recommendations regarding Baku, they provided us with a detailed list comprising dozens of suggestions. This contributed significantly to making every moment of our vacation of the highest quality and most enjoyable. The same attentive approach continued during our late check-out, which was arranged conveniently to align with our return flight schedule. The Hilton Baku team played a huge role in ensuring our entire trip was filled with immense comfort, joy, and happiness. We extend our endless thanks to all the Hilton Baku Hotel management, especially Ms. Ulkar, for this impeccable service and warm hospitality. Very good service, everyone was very nice. From the security outside to the House keeping. I kept on calling for various reasons and they always were happy to help. I absolutely loved it. I really wished I have known there names to mention it here. I think the receptionist name was tauriq, if it's not then I'm sorry, but he really helped us out, gave us great rooms and even a discount on the breakfast. This was my third visit to baku but for sure the best one. Thank you all and tashakur!!!!

Hilton is nicely located in heart of Baku. Very close to all the attractions of city. From check in to checkout overall experience was great. Plenty of in house dining options. House keeping and in room dining accommodated all our requests. Specifically as we were staying with an autistic child all our specific request was met. Amazing views from roof top 360 club restaurant, spa facilities and gym and pool offering great views of the city. Love the stay!

Very close proximity to the Old town, Maidan Tower, Martrys Park, Palace of the Shirvanshahs and various shopping and dining options. The hotel lives up to the high standards of the Hilton brand. The view from the junior suite was amazing. Their buffet breakfast is sensational, offering a wide spread of both international and local flavours. All in all, the Hilton Baku provides a perfect blend of location and facilities for a remarkable stay right in the heart of Baku.
